Technical Specifications:
Rotolock valves are designed for installation of compressor and receivers in commercial AC&R system which helps to reduce service repair time in case of compressor failure and during maintenance shutdown periods. Rotolock Valve designs provide quick disconnection and isolation of low and high side of refrigeration system during maintenance periods.
Work Instructions
Torque Direction: Operate the valve by applying clockwise torque to close it and anticlockwise torque to open it.
Routine Adjustment: For daily usage, follow these steps:
- Loosen the packing nut by half a turn.
- Adjust the stem to the desired position.
- Carefully retighten the packing nut to maintain the adjusted setting.
2.Ensure Proper Seal: Prior to operation, verify that the valve is properly sealed in the closed position by applying clockwise torque, and in the open position by applying anticlockwise torque.
3.Regular Maintenance: Periodically inspect the valve for wear, damage, or leaks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
