Evomart Returns Policy

Evomart.co.uk offers returns for most items within 28 days of receipt of delivery. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. Most items sold on Evomart.co.uk follow our general return policies.

At Evomart.co.uk we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. On occasion, we know there may be a need to return an item — this is not a problem. By law, you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not of satisfactory quality.

Statutory Cancellation

Our Voluntary Returns Policy

As well as your statutory cancellation rights outlined above, we wanted to go a step further and offer you the option to return most products from the Evomart site within 28 days of receipt, provided the products are complete, unused, and undamaged.

Please note that this is a voluntary returns policy and does not affect your statutory rights or your legal right of cancellation.

Important Notice: You must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. New items must be returned unused and complete. Used items must not show any additional signs of wear, use, or damage.

The following products cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

• Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or products inseparably mixed with other items.
  
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised items, including personalised handmade products.
  
• Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  
• Services that have already been fully performed after you agreed delivery could begin.
  
• Digital content such as apps, software, ebooks, and MP3s not supplied on a physical medium, where delivery has already begun with your consent.
  
• Subscriptions such as VIP Memberships are non-refundable.

Important Notice 2: Returned items must be in the exact condition in which they were received, including accessories and promotional items. Refunds may be reduced if returned items are not received in acceptable condition. Gift returns may also be subject to reduced refund values.

Removal of Personal Data

When returning a product for any reason, you must return it in the exact condition in which it was received from Evomart. You must completely remove all personal data relating to yourself or any third party, and unlink any associated accounts from the returned item.

You will be fully responsible for any data breach that occurs if you fail to do so. You must also remove any items not originally included with the returned product. Evomart accepts no responsibility for items accidentally left inside returned products or packaging.

You agree and accept that the returned product becomes the property of Evomart, and Evomart may resell the item to third parties at its discretion.
