Here you will find the key details around our shipping policies. Evomart.co.uk offers the following shipping and delivery options:

  • FREE Delivery on orders over £125.
    Items including heavy or larger items may incur a palletised delivery fee of £50.
  • Next Day by 12pm.
    This delivery option is available and chargeable irrespective of membership status. A flat rate of £16.59 will be charged. All orders must be placed by 12pm to qualify for next day by 12pm delivery. Hazardous shipping classes, including aerosols, gas cylinders and cleaning products, will incur a £5 handling fee. Heavy and large goods requiring pallet or freight handling may incur an additional £50 fee.
  • Local Pick-up.
    Obviously there is no fee :). We’ll get your goods ready and welcome you with a smile.

You’ll be issued with an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment following confirmation of your order, unless the local pick-up option is selected at checkout prior to ordering.

Delivery estimates are calculated by our preferred delivery suppliers, who make daily collections. To process orders efficiently, Evomart provides a next day delivery cut-off of 12pm Monday–Friday. Next day orders will be prioritised over 2–3 day deliveries and 3–5 day AC system deliveries to ensure our service levels match our promises.

Delivery times are calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday do not count toward transit time unless a weekend or holiday delivery service has been specifically offered. UK national holidays may impact estimated delivery times and are subject to courier terms and conditions. EvoMart.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for courier delays. Deliveries are picked and shipped Monday–Friday excluding weekends.

To help customers identify the next day delivery cut-off, an order-by countdown clock has been added to the website. The countdown runs for 24 hours, starting at 12pm on the day of order until the following day at 12pm. Please allow enough time before the countdown expires for online systems to update and for Evomart staff to raise the order for processing. Once an order has been placed, you will receive notification confirming your delivery requirements.

On occasion, a delivery date may become unavailable within the expected window due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before your order is placed. Your confirmed delivery date will be included within your order confirmation email.

  • If the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock or unavailable for immediate dispatch, our team will contact you with an update on stock status and an estimated fulfilment date. Evomart continually reviews inventory levels to minimise stock shortages, however demand fluctuations can occasionally impact availability. If this occurs, our team will ensure your goods are issued at the earliest opportunity, and Evomart will cover the cost of delivery for delayed or out-of-stock items.
  • Evomart operates an auto-sync stock allocation function, meaning orders placed and confirmed will be allocated against current stock levels. Our website will update customers on stock status, however stock quantities are synchronised immediately after an order is placed.
