Evomart Shipping Terms

Here you will find out the key details around our shipping policies. Evomart.co.uk offers the following shipping/delivery options:

  • FREE Delivery on orders over £125. Items including Heavy or Larger items may incur a palletised delivery fee, of £50.
  • Next Day by 12pm – This delivery option is available and chargeable irrespective of membership status. A flat rate of £16.59 will be charged – All orders need to be placed by 12pm to qualify for Next Day by 12pm. Hazardous shipping class, including aerosols, gas cylinders and cleaning products, will incur a £5 handling fee. Heavy and Large goods, that require a pallet or freight handling may incur a fee of £50 in addition to the standard goods fees.
  • Local Pick-up – Obviously there is NO Fee :). We’ll get your goods ready and welcome you with a smile.

Delivery ETA’s

You’ll be issued with an estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment following confirmation of your order (unless local pick-up option is selected at the cart prior ordering).

Delivery estimates are calculated by our preferred delivery suppliers, who will make daily collections. For Evomart to process orders efficiently, it provides a Next Day Delivery cut-off by 12pm Monday-Friday. Next day orders will be prioritised over 2-3 day deliveries or 3-5 day on AC systems, as to ensure our service levels match our promises.

The delivery time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the transit time (unless we’ve specifically offered a weekend or holiday delivery service). Holidays (UK national holidays) may impact the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of any package, these will be subject to couriers terms & conditions, where EvoMart.co.uk cannot hold responsibility on delay. Deliveries are only picked and shipped Monday-Friday exc. Saturday and Sundays.

To ensure you know of when the next day delivery cut-off is, an order-by countdown clock as been added to the website. The countdown runs for 24 hours, starting at 12pm on the day of order, until the following day at 12pm. Please allow enough time prior this countdown expires before placing your order, to allow the online systems to update and for Evomart.co.uk staff to raise the order for processing. Once an order has been placed, you will receive notification confirming your delivery requirements.

On occasion, a delivery date may become unavailable within that window of time due to changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your order. Your confirmed delivery date will be included in your order confirmation email.

Stock Status and Shipping

If the item/s you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable to ship immediately, our team will contact you to notify you of the stock status and an ETA on when your order can will be fulfilled. Evomart will continually review its inventory levels to ensure stock-outs do not occur, however, sometimes demand for certain items may increase at the same time, and as a result may put unexpected fluctuations in stock availability. If this occurs, our team will ensure that your goods will be issued to you at the earliest time, the cost of delivery fro any late or out stock items will be bore by Evomart.
Evomart operates a auto-sync function, meaning orders placed and confirmed will be allocated consignment according to current stock levels. Our website will update you on the current stock status, however, as soon as a customer has placed the order, the system will then sync the updates, and not before.
