To use Superclean as a heavy duty, foaming cleaner for aluminium-finned, air-cooled condensers, dilute with 3 parts water. Using a low pressure sprayer, spray between the fins – starting at the bottom in one corner and progressing methodically up and across. Cleaning is more effective if coil is still warm. In minutes a heavy foam will form, forcing contamination outwards. foam and contamination must then be rinsed away thoroughly with fresh water.

SuperClean may also be used to clean evaporators in walk-in and cellar coolers, where contamination is hard to remove using regular evaporator cleaners. For these, dilute with up to 20 parts water. Ensure system is shut down, spray evaporator thoroughly, allow cleaning solution to soak for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly, allow cleaning solution to soak for 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with fresh water.
