All A2L and Hydrocarbon refrigerant cylinder adaptors differ from the standard right handed thread brass or plastic adaptors we currently use.

Any cylinder that contains a hydrocarbon (A3) or contains an A2L refrigerant like R32 or R1234yf will have a left handed thread on the cylinder valve, so you cannot use a right hand thread cylinder adaptor to access the refrigerant.

These A2L and Hydrocarbon cylinders are Identifiable by the top half of the cylinder being red.
