S010166GB Condencide Evaporator Cleaner and Disenfectant 5ltr. Bacteria and other microbes growing on evaporator coils are a source of bad odours, allergic reactions and spread diseases. CondenCide will thoroughly clean and disinfect coils and trays in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The CondenCide formulation includes QX-60 a high strength disinfectant that kills 99.999% of bacteria under 60 seconds. This gives extra reassurance that the unit is safe and clean.
When used as directed CondenCide will control bacteria – including Legionella pneumophila, Salmonella typhimurium, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coil and Aspergillus niger.
Condencide is safe to use where a condenser pump us fitted.

Dilute 1 part CondenCide with 6 parts water. Turn off unit and isolate electrics. Apply diluted CondenCide with a low pressure sprayer set on a coarse spray pattern. Saturate areas to be cleaned and keep wet for 5 minutes.
Contaminated CondenCide will drain away as normal condensate. After cleaning, flush thoroughly with fresh water. Let surfaces air dry before re-starting system.
