Technical Specification
Earthfix are a convenient way of terminating armoured cable glands. By eliminating the need to drill holes for earth bolts, the enclosures IP rating is retained. The low profile/lightweight design replaces the need for a separate earth tag and locknut.
- A serrated edge bites into enclosures so the gland can be tightened from the outside and provides vibration resistance.
- The serrated edge easily scrapes off any paint creating a voltage equalising connection and easily maintaining EMI Shielding.
- A direct high integrity protective earth connection is easily made to the gland on both metallic and non- metallic enclosures.
- The one piece design with threaded hole helps speed up the installation time.
